1. subject
truhe is software that businesses use to prepare their own claim for tax relief under § 9b StromStG and § 54 EnergieStG. It reads information from your bills, calculates by fixed rules and produces documents. It works the same for every user.
2. not tax advice
The provider gives no tax advice and does not review individual cases. You enter and check your information yourself. Whether the conditions are met is for you or your tax advisor to judge. You or your tax advisor file the claim via the customs portal. Support covers how to use the software only.
3. licence and price
Seeing the expected amount is free. Creating the documents requires a licence per business and calendar year, by annual electricity use: up to 50 MWh €79, 50 to 150 MWh €149, 150 to 500 MWh €399, over 500 MWh €699, each net plus VAT. The licence key is sent after payment and is valid for 12 months. It does not renew automatically. Payment by bank transfer or payment link on the invoice.
4. money-back guarantee
Within 14 days of purchase we refund the price without giving reasons. The licence key then becomes invalid.
5. your data
The software runs entirely in your browser. Bills and information are not sent to the provider or third parties, not uploaded and not used to train AI systems. For the licence we only process company name, contact person, email address and billing details. More: privacy.
6. updates
Rates and deadlines are stored with their period of validity. When the law changes, the software is updated. It does not calculate for periods without stored values.
7. liability
The provider is fully liable for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For slightly negligent breach of essential contractual duties, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage, at most the licence price. The provider gives no guarantee for the accuracy of your information or for the customs office's decision.
