Scope.
These terms apply exclusively to entrepreneurs (Unternehmer) within the meaning of § 14 BGB. By using the diagnostic or booking an initial conversation, these terms are accepted.
Diagnostic.
The Operative Diagnose is provided free of charge. It serves as a non-binding initial analysis and does not replace individual advice. Results are based on the uploaded data and automated analysis.
No guarantee is given for the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of the diagnostic for any particular purpose. Liability for damages arising from use of the diagnostic is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Initial conversation.
The 20-minute initial conversation is free and non-binding. Engagement of further services does not arise automatically from it.
30‑day engagement.
A subsequent 30-day engagement is agreed in a separate written contract. Conditions, scope of services, and deliverables are bindingly defined therein.
These terms do not govern the 30-day engagement. The individually signed contract is exclusively decisive.
Availability.
We endeavour to keep the website and the diagnostic continuously available but provide no guarantee. Maintenance work, technical faults, or adjustments may temporarily lead to restrictions.
Privacy.
Information on the processing of personal data is set out in the privacy policy.
Jurisdiction.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the seat of R&R Holding UG.
Severability.
If a provision of these terms is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
