Finding inefficiencies is my craft. With Claude and Codex I build solo the automation that fixes them — hands-off, with reporting to you. You get the keys.
What used to take five consultants three months to describe, I now ship as working software in 30 days. No PowerPoint slides. No ongoing advisory fees. Just software that saves you money.
Three of my own products shipped solo in recent months — the method holds.
30 days.
Day 1–3 · Diagnose
Two days with you and the team. We map the few tasks eating the most time. By day 3 I name the one or two with the biggest leverage and propose what to build. You approve, or you don't.
Day 4–25 · Build
Working software, iterated weekly. No tickets, no scope tug-of-war. I build, you review, we adjust.
Day 26–28 · Demo + integrate
Working demo for you and the team. Integration into your environment — your servers, your accounts, your control.
Day 29–30 · Handover
Code, keys, documentation, runbook. Monthly reporting set up. I leave.
What I don't do.
- I don't file tickets and wait. I build the thing.
- I don't sit in process meetings. I find time-sinks and remove them.
- I don't lock you into a retainer. What I deliver runs without me.
- I don't chase the glamorous problem. The boring problems are the expensive ones.
